Mark is the managing director of the business, and an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. He brings extensive expertise in cost management, project delivery, and operational development across commercial, residential, hospitality, and data centre projects.
Mark has successfully led projects of varying scale and complexity, adopting a client focused approach to deliver high quality outcomes across Ireland, the UK, and North America. He has a strong track record in strategic planning, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement, delivering results in fast paced and complex environments.

Ronan is a director with the business bringing more than 15 years of cost management experience across a diverse range of construction projects. His portfolio spans public and private sector developments including data centres, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail, and residential projects, with values in excess of €500 million.
With international experience across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the United States, Ronan provides strong commercial leadership as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

Iomair is a director with the business and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience delivering cost management services across the full project lifecycle. He has worked across diverse industry sectors including residential housing, nursing care, schools, data centres and hotels.
Demonstrating strong expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and financial reporting, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, design teams, and contractors to achieve timely and cost effective project delivery.
